He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Norgaard Sr. and Lillian (Halderson); his brother Roger; his children, Ruben, Gary and Debra; his son-in-law Allen; and his grandson Luke.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Leanne Robertson and Rose Elgin (Corey); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Justine, Ryan, Aleisha, Becky, Caleb, Kody, Katie, Brianna and Theren. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
