She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Hartley and Kitty Hartley; her sisters, Darlene, Linda and Bridget; her husband Jim; her child Toby; her grandchildren, Darian and Delany; and her children, Darlene (Ron), Linda, Bridget (Miron) and Lorelei (Terry). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions, the family held an intimate family gathering on the farm.

The family of Nancy Lee Oakes is deeply saddened to announce her passing on September 5 after a difficult battle with Parkinson 's disease.
