She is survived by: her significant other Hugh Goodman; her children, Arthur, Eric, Enid (Eugene Kelly) and Nancy McCurrach (Ray); her grandchildren, Tennyson, Maximilian, Katrina, Monica (Andrew), Jackie, Bill (Emily), Tara (Mathew) and Emma; her great grandchildren, Reece, Linnea, Tia, Madison and Tyler; her sister Elizabeth Malher (Norbert); and her sister-in-law Kathleen Campbell.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Mavis to the Terry Fox Foundation.
