He was predeceased by: his friend Gary. He is survived by: his wife Donnajune Thompson; and his children, Matthew (Jessica) and Leighann. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three brothers, three sisters, three brothers-in-law, seven sisters-in-law, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends.
