He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Miller and Phyllis Miller; his nephew Mike Collins; and his brother Jim Miller. He is survived by: his wife Susan McCallum; his daughters, Dallas (Scott) and Dayna (Iver); his grandchildren, Marissa Lee, Callum, Gracie and Kara Hanson; his sister Kit Collins (Gary); and his close friend Sue.
