He was predeceased by: his father Vern. He is survived by: his significant other Lynn; his daughters, Alexandra (Miles), Olivia (Johnnie) and Emma; his granddaughter Laurel; his mother Lois; his siblings, Brent (Carol) and Jodi; and his friends, Liz and Pam.
