It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Milton Carter (Qualicum Beach, British Columbia), who passed away on February 2, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Courtney. He is survived by: his wife Emily Clayton; and his siblings, Fay, Elvin (Carol), Allan (Sherry), Marcia and Edna.
