Judy Tarnes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Tarnes of Qualicum Beach, British Columbia, born in Nanaimo, British Columbia, who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Hamre and Nick Hamre; her husband Dennis Tarnes; her brothers, Gerry Hamre and Ron Hamre; her sister-in-law Donna; her nephew CJ Hamre; her children, Nicole Thiessen (Curt), Dan Boychuk (Lydia) and Cory Lindskog; her grandchildren, Brendan, Tristan, Justin, Ty, Addisyn, Ruby, Amelia, William and Logan; and her great grandchild Oakland.

She is survived by: her brother Joe; her sister-in-law Joanie; her brother Ted; and her sisters-in-law, Marleen and Debbie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, many cousins and dear friends.
