Jess Billingsley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2023, at the age of 66, Jess Billingsley (Qualicum Beach, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Hubert. She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan and James; her granddaughters, Clara and Grace; her daughter-in-law Xiaoshan; her siblings, Claudette, Norm and Serge; her mother Aline; and her siblings-in-law, Zena, Deidre, Greg, Rae, Dean and Tara. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the BC Cancer Foundation in memory of Jess.
