She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bendig and Mary Bendig; her husband Richard Wilks; her daughter Beverley Wilks; her siblings, Hilda Elke (Ben), Hadie Schroeder (Dan), Sigfried Bendig (Eva), Clarence Bendig, William Bendig and Gustav Bendig; her sisters-in-law, Vivian Hook and Elaine Wilks; and her niece Maureen Harkness.
She is survived by: her brother Albert Bendig (Rose) of St. Catherine's, Ontario; her son-in-law Harold Eglinski; her granddaughters, Shannon Rosnau (Jeff) of Qualicum Beach, BC and Lindsay Waters (Shane) of Whitecourt, Alberta; her great grandchildren, Kathryn, Benjamin, Noah, Joshua Rosnau, Emma, Sophia, Isabella and Lucia Waters; and her great great grandchild Theodore. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
