He was predeceased by: his parents, Jozina and Peter. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Ashley, Dallas (George), Terry (Karli) and Jennifer; and his siblings, Sandra (Hap), Wendy (Dale), Randy and John (Maureen). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
