She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hawychuk and Meone Hawychuk. She is survived by: her husband Blair Proctor; her children, Megan Mayhew (Jarred Brown) of Prince George and Mitchell Mayhew (Julie Remple) of Prince George; and her sisters, Tara Miller (Randy) and Rick Mayhew.
