He was predeceased by: his wife Joy; his parents, Katherine and Stephen; and his siblings, Erakie (Olson), Karl, Edward, Joseph, Elizabeth and Lily.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki and Cindy (Corrigan); his son-in-law Brian (Corrigan); and his sister Olga (Kwiatkowski). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
