It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmen Foucher (Prince George, British Columbia), born in Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away on August 31, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Alain Foucher; her parents, Louis and Marie-Ange; her siblings, Jean Paul, Patricia and Louis; and her sister-in-law Bernardine.

She is survived by: her children, Bernadette Kipping, Daniel (Sandra Morris), Philip (Denise) and Michael (Trish Schiedel); her grandchildren, Jared Kipping (Kelly Pratt), Kendra Kipping (Jeremy Goertzen), Marc Foucher (Sarah Rollins), Conrad Foucher (Erika Aspen), Celine Foucher, India Schiedel-Foucher and Amara Schiedel-Foucher; and her siblings, Henri LeFebvre (Cecile), Dolores Baza, Alan Collie, Richard (Louise), Suzanne, Noel (Judi), Alain (Susan), Florent Foucher (Sandi) and Jeannine Allard (Lance). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
