He was predeceased by: his son Jim (Liza). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Casey (Gary), Carrie (Keith) and Rob; his daughter-in-law Liza; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Corinne, Dawn, Richard, Michael, Melissa and Kristy. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
