It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Anthony Howlin (Powell River, British Columbia), who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Peg; his children, Caroline (Jeff) and Stephen (Nancy); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Taylor, Dylan and Dean; and his close friend Dallas.
