He is survived by: his parents, Christy DeVito and Reid Howell; his brothers, Jerry Collins (Carol) and Michael Collins (Leslie); his son Zachary Andrews; his niece Taylor (Brandon Bax); his nephew Isaiah Collins (Sydney); and his great-nephew Elijah.
