He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Peniuk and Carrie Peniuk; and his siblings, Richard, Ron Peniuk and Violet McRory.

He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his daughters, Susan Peniuk and Diane Borovica (Jurgen); and his grandchildren, Brendan Borovica and Hannah Borovica.
