It is with great sadness that we announce the death of May (Maria) McDermott (Port Coquitlam, British Columbia), who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John; her son Jack; her sisters, Ina, Jean and Joan; and her son-in-law Lou.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lynda, Carolyn and Gloria (Rene); her grandchildren, Heather (Chris), Shawna (Dan), Steven, Tony and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Riley, Austin, Sequoia and Christian. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
