He is survived by: his children, Jim Amy, Ken Page (Lenora Page), Rick Page (Gorett Page), Susan Katinic (Nick Katinic) and Steve Page (Michelle Page); his grandchildren, Rebecca Page, Elizabeth Page, Isabelle Page, Markan Katinic, Matthew Katinic, Nolan Katinic, Jackson Page and Sawyer Page; and his brothers, Sandy (Genevieve) and Brian (Trudy).
