He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Anne (Chad) and Sarah Lynn (Shane); his sister Barbara; his cousins, Amy, Nancy, Ted and John; his uncles, Peter and Herb; and his grandchildren, Abbigail, Grace, Elizabeth, Paxton and Sterling.
