He was predeceased by: his father Herb Sweeney Senior. He is survived by: his mother Matilda; his wife Jessy; his siblings, Sharlene Stroud, Trevor Sweeney (Katrina) and Craig Sweeney (Marjorie); his nephew Matthew Sweeney (Laura); and his nieces, Rebecca Sweeney, Deidra Sweeney and Samantha Stroud.
