It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cotter of Port Alice, British Columbia, born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Cotter and Chester Cotter (Patricia Cotter). He is survived by: his siblings, Joel (Kate), Doug Cotter (Ashley) and Jan Kidston (Mike); his sons, Brent Cotter, Colin Cotter, Kelby, Owen (Kelsy) and Bronwyn Cotter; and his grandchildren, Eileah, Kalina, Spencer, Sienna, Hailey and Nicholas.

In lieu of flowers, save some money; don't go buy that new lawn mower or vacuum cleaner, postpone that idea and jerry rig it.
