He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Kingston. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Kingston, Ted Kingston (Betty) and David Kingston (Clara); his grandchildren, Krystal (Stuart), Michael and Amy; and his great grandchildren, Lochlann and Kahleia.
