She was predeceased by: her father Ted. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her daughter Kayla; and her siblings, Tom (Carmelina), Marilyn (Greg), Mike (Ale) and Joe (Mel). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as extended family and many friends.
