It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Marjorie (McCulloch) Lacina in Port Alberni, British Columbia, who passed away on October 2, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy McCulloch and Edith McCulloch; and her husband Frank Lacina. She is survived by: her children, Gayle Kohlenberg and Blaine Lacina (Norma); her grandchildren, Mithi Kohlenberg, Natali Schuit (Pat), Jei Kohlenberg (Jen), Chad Lacina (Amy) and Candace Lacina (Mike Little); and her great grandchildren, Paige Glass (Matt), Madison, Samantha Schuit, Caden, Catherine Kohlenberg, Bethanie (Ben Sulzle), Annalise Lacina, Reece, Rielle and Reed Lacina.
