He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Wade (Brittany) and Kevin (Noelle); his grandchildren, Hailen, Shayla, Blair and Maddison; his father Raymond (Marcy); and his siblings, Theresa, Donna (Bob), Jim, Brenda, Marion (Mike) and David (Shirley). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
