He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve and Matilida; his brother Steve; his brother-in-law Carlo D'arsie; and his son-in-law Wayne MacDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Olga; his children, Irena Larochelle and Matt Sumen (Jill); his grandchildren, Brandon (Brandy), Shelby, Ryan and Erika; his great grandchildren, Kash and Miesha; and his sisters, Teresa Peterec (Joe) and Olga D'Arsie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
