“Sending my well wishes to you after hearing of John's passing. When I first began my career in paramedicine, I had the privilege of meeting and working with John at station 124. John shared his love for Port Alberni with me (being from out of town), I fondly remember him driving the ambulance down to the canal waterfront (when we didn't have calls) to enthusiastically describe his vision for revitalizing the area to attract water sports enthusiasts, especially kiteboarders. John will be missed.”
