He was predeceased by: his mother Olga; his siblings, Ross, Arnold, Grace and Joyce; his grandson Travis; and his brother-in-law Gerald Shiner.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his children, Carrie, David (Leanne) and Renee (Rob); his grandchildren, Kylie, Danika, Collin, Aidan, Cody, Alexa, Emily, Lance and Jamie; his sister Jean; his nieces and nephews, Judy (Al), Karen, Randy (Charlotte), Bonnie (Rollie) and Dana (Sandy); and his parents-in-law, Barbara (Francis), Russell (Anne), Maureen and Bob (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
