It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cornelia Cecilia Maria Huysmans (Port Alberni, British Columbia), who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Peter; her son Jim; her siblings, Piet and Tiny; and her siblings-in-law, Gerard, Theo and Thea.

She is survived by: her children, Doreen (Gordy), Don (Yuko), Ken (Sharlyn), John and Marion (John); her siblings-in-law, John (Jane) of Port Alberni and Riet; her siblings, Lia and Wim; her sisters-in-law, Toon (Tiny) and Lien; her grandchildren, Rob (Alaina), Brent (Renata), Peter (Jen), Pete (Tonia), Donny (Dawn), James (Krista), Ashley, Jack and Finn; her great grandchildren, Teigen, Finnegan, Taryn, Palmer, Ocean, Autumn, Lucas and Anakin; and also Holland. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
