He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff and Ida; and his sisters, Flo Salmon and Mildred Croisdale (Bug). He is survived by: his wife Bette Lee; his children, Guy (Jo-ann), Lonnie (Tanja Dyck), Susan (Richard Chrétien) and Kim (Todd Weir); his grandchildren, Laura, Jenny, Tia, Cody and Ashlee; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Jesse, Riley, Tyler, Hudson, Ava, Ben, Hannah and Sydney.
In lieu of flowers, if you wish to make a donation in Dale's memory to your local SPCA nothing would please him more than knowing some more animals were being taken care of.
