He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia; and his parents, Charles Edward (Pax) and Rose Mae. He is survived by: his children, Charles Edward (Crystal Doucette) and Terri Lynn (Malcolm Slater); his brothers, David and Douglas; his grandsons, Chazz Lazorko (Kat), Chase Lazorko (Laura), Cameron Slater-Brookes (Beth Chase) and Louis Slater; and his great grandchildren, Braydon, Braxton, Paxton, Mya, Claire, Elizabeth and Lilianna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
