Carol Beth Cook Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Beth Cook (Port Alberni, British Columbia), born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, who passed away on June 15, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Leona. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Carmen (Denise), Caralee (Brad) and Carla (Lindsey); her grandchildren, Adam (David), Jessica (Craig), Dustin (Janine), Cody (Rachel), Carlie (Mark) and Noah; and her friend Elsie Dame. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
