He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Louisa; and his siblings, Kenneth, Doreen Grange, Olive Bissett, Cicely Hulley Lacaille, Lola Hulley and Sheila Ryan.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Hulley (late Allan), Maureen Hulley, Chris Hulley (Shannon), Fort MacLeod AB, Patricia Woodall (Jay), Bridgett Taylor (Keith) and Cheryl White; his grandchildren, Brenna (Sean), Garrett, Scott (Crystal), Ross (Kait), Thomas (Kristina), Jacqueline (Joey), Jamie (Brad), Candace (Kevin), Catherine (Dave), Carrie (Mike), Coleen, Allisa (Michael), Collin, Zachary (Alysha) and Nicholas (Desiree); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Liam, Wyatt, Kingston, Everleigh, Mason, Charlotte, Matilda, Connor, Gracie, Kenzie, Zoey, Nolan, Madison, Mia, Ashley, Macey, Delilah, Evie and Riley; his sister Betty Kasperski of Lethbridge, AB; and his friend Belinda Manze. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
