He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Alvina Paez, Don and Phyllis Sterritt; and his stepgrandfather Robert Fallon.

He is survived by: his son Travis; his parents, Richard Paez and Dianne Fallon; his stepfather Bob Fallon; and his siblings, Andrew Fallon and Blair Paez.
