He was predeceased by: his son Robert George Perrie. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Perrie; his daughter Cynthia Lee Perrie (Leroy); his grandson Dallas George Perrie Middleton (Kendyl); and his great grandchildren, Leah Georgia Middleton and Alanna Rae Middleton.
