With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Noreen James (Penticton, British Columbia), born in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on August 20, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jo Cotton and Jim Cotton; her husband Jesse; her brother Ken; and her children, Lori, Shelley and Dean. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, and friends.
