He is survived by: his sister Barbara Lezard Verellen; his daughters, Jacqueline (Bruce Starr), Kris Lezard (Geoff Lezard) and Nickki BabyHawk Lezard; and his grandchildren, Biduchyaht Starr, Vincent Vincey Lezard and David Lezard of Kris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
