Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joseph Brettl of Penticton, British Columbia, who passed away at the age of 96, on December 26, 2024. Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Brettl; his sons, Robert and Stephen Brettl; and his son-in-law Greg Greenslade. He is survived by: his daughter Christina Greenslade; his granddaughters, Lisa Merrick and Ashleigh Grover; and his great grandchild Olive Merrick.
