We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to John Henry Dawson in Penticton, British Columbia, born in Niagara Falls, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dawson and Emily Dawson; and his siblings, Bill Dawson and Betty Higgs. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Heather (Jim), Catherine and Jeff (Naomi); his grandchildren, Graham (Harv), Marc (Taylor) and Emily; his great grandchildren, Brynn, Layne and Piper; and his brother Ken (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
If you would like to honour the memory of Jack, the family would be pleased if you made a donation to Good Samaritan Canada, in support of Penticton's Village by the Station Adult Day Program (website https://gss.org). Jack attended their Adult Day Services program for several months and their care and kindness was so very greatly appreciated. (No flowers please.) A service to commemorate Jack will take place at St. Saviours Church at 150 Orchard Avenue in Penticton on April 19, 2025, at 11:00am with a reception to follow in the church hall.
