Edna Schafer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2021, at the age of 96, Edna Schafer (Penticton, British Columbia), born in Runnymede, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Susanna Propp and Phillip Propp; and her siblings, Fred Propp, Lena Schwartz, Emma Schwartz and Clara Matvenko.

She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Schafer (Dianne) and Garth Schafer (Liz); her granddaughters, Aaryn Wyper (Neil), Amanda Knoke (Steve), Lindsay Schafer (Stephen) and Lauren Schafer (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Anna, Claire Wyper, Grayden and Isla Knoke; and her brother Ed Propp of Penticton.
