He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Watt and Henry Watt; his siblings, Gordon Watt and Shirley Mailander; his mother-in-law Vera Hlavsa; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Watt, Bill Mailander, Richie Robinson and Orval Rennie.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his son Lonnie Fitzpatrick (Kim); his grandchildren, Megan Medrano (Ritchie) and Keaton Fitzpatrick (Jaymie); his great grandchild Lily Fitzpatrick; his sister Linda Robinson; his sister-in-law Milda Rennie; and his former wife Sybil Fitzpatrick (Whitehead). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
