He was predeceased by: his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Lisa (Todd), Darin, Jory and Kali; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Benjamin, Trey, Christopher, Paige, Aiden and Daylan; and his brother Dan of Phoenix, AZ..
