She is survived by: her brother Joe (Shirley); her children, John (Dianne), Caroline (Loralee), Bonnie (Cliff) and Susan (Pieter); her grandsons, Peter-John, Chad, Matthew and Chris; her great grandchildren, Brendan, Dylan, Cody, Samantha and Ryan; her cousin Joelle (Peter); and her nieces and nephews, Mike, Stephen, Andy, Lisa and Ann.
A celebration of Burga's life with be held Saturday, September 15 at 2:00 at St. Saviour's Anglican Church, 150 Orchard Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
