It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Antony Day (Penticton, British Columbia), who passed away on June 9, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Antony Day to show support.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Burdall. He is survived by: his children, Mike, Sheila and Debbie (Chris). He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID 19 considerations a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.

“It was with tremendous sadness that I learned that Tony had passed away. In his great work of 'Air War Over the Arakan' he wrote back and forth with my father, a pilot, Wal McLellan - RAAF). I had been in BC and had hoped to meet Tony but a snow storm in Oct 2019 prevented that trip and I found that he had passed away 6 months later. I wish I had been able to meet him. An incredibly talented ,very special man. I purchased his manuscript and treasure it as do others. It meant so much to Dad.”
