He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas and Mary; and his siblings, Mike, Albert, Peter, Sam, William, Mary, Lena, Kate and Anne.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Loshny of Peachland, BC; his sister Olga Shumay of Vernon; his children, Greg Loshny of New Westminster, Dianne Scherbinski of Dewinton Alberta and Douglas Loshny of Fort Langley; his grandchildren, Corey, Julie, Kaylee, Layne, Colten, Veronika and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Daylan, Brooklyn, Evelyn and Charlotte.
