He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Ruff and Therese Ruff (Rose); and his brother Gordon Ruff (Lillian). He is survived by: his wife Marian Petrie; his children, Glenn Ruff (Marian), Diane Isaak (Vic), Carol Warren (Cal) and Sue Schindel (Bob); his brother Ed Ruff (Viida); his sisters-in-law, Mary Liggett, Jenny Ruff and Ruth Smith; and his grandchildren, Nichole Ankerstein, Jeremy Allen, Dallas, Phillips, Michelle Marciski, Michael Allen, Justin Clarke, Steven Collins and Rylan Clarke. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
