He was predeceased by: his wife Tory; his son-in-law John Caine; and his grandson Victor Nesbitt. He is survived by: his children, Bert Johnston (Debbie), Wendy Caine and Jennie Michalenko (Rick); and his grandchildren, Deanna Harding (Jeff), Kristy Munroe (Darren), Art Nesbitt (Lori), Chad Nesbitt (Christine), Richard Michalenko, Kim Austin (Shawn) and Joe Michalenko. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
