He is survived by his sons, Josh and Jeremy; his siblings Mindy, Kelly and Debra; his nephews and nieces, Ryan, Krysta, Cole and Chloe; his great-nieces and great-nephew, Devynn, Mayson and Maliya. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
